Description:
Job Description:
- Deal directly with customer or agents for the air freight / sea freight operation and customer service matters
- Support / co-ordinate with customer service team and sales team in searching for the contractor’s cost for trucking / shipping liners / airliners…etc.
- Complete documentations including billing invoice.
- Full operations handling on Air & Ocean freight’s import / export
- Input all the air freight / sea freight shipments data / billing into Operational System
- Respond promptly to customer’s enquiries
- Maintain and develop good customer relations
- Assist sales team with operations and quotations
- Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight, such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations.
