DOMESTIC AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP ENGINEER

Location: Bradford & Yorkshire Area

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Proven experience in servicing and maintaining domestic Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs). ASHP BPEC ( Or Similar)
✔ FGAS certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Relevant plumbing, heating, or electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
✔ Experience with diagnosing and repairing ASHPs from various manufacturers.
✔ Strong understanding of heating and hot water systems, including underfloor heating integration.
✔ Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining domestic ASHP systems across the Bradford and Yorkshire area. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in heat pump technology and heating systems who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Service & Maintenance – Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on domestic ASHP systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
✅ Repairs & Fault Diagnosis – Identify and rectify faults in heat pump systems, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
✅ Installation Support – Assist with new installations where required, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
✅ Customer Interaction – Provide professional and friendly support, offering guidance on system performance and energy efficiency.
✅ Compliance & Safety – Adhere to health & safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining accurate service records.
