Responsibilities:
Newcastle International Airport (NIAL) are seeking an experienced aviation professional to fulfil a non-operational Air Traffic Services (ATS) role, reporting to the SATCO, to ensure the operational continuity, compliance, quality assurance, project delivery and safety is maintained and enhanced.

We are looking for a professional, dynamic and multi-skilled person with a deep understanding of aviation regulatory compliance and relationships to join us on our journey of continual improvement.
Experience of document control, technology introduction, quality assurance and an ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
- To conduct ATS High Level Risk and Impact Assessments; ensure they are maintained and mitigations completed in a timely fashion.
- To assist in NIAL ATS regulatory compliance and lead on document quality assurance.
- Ownership and updating of ATS operational documents/information.
- Ensuring letters of agreement maintained.
- Implementation of the NIAL ‘Net Zero 2035’ strategies and plans in relation to ATS.
- Compilation and dissemination Operational Memos, Supplementary/Temporary Operating Instructions.
- Maintenance of ATS SharePoint/Office365 filing structure.
- To fully contribute to achieving the ATS annual departmental objectives.
- To work with business partners and other departments to promote a competitive customer focused service.
- To comply with the departmental Integrated Management System and company policies/procedures.
