Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Airbnb Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining high occupancy rates, and managing property maintenance. The role involves marketing, pricing optimization, guest communication, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing Airbnb properties, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Airbnb platform, pricing strategies, and guest management best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer service efficiently.
  • Experience with property management software is an advantage.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must be based in Lekki or nearby areas for easy access to properties.
  • Availability to work on weekends and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Reliable transportation for site visits and inspections.
