AIRCON SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Candidate must possess Electrical or Electrical and Electronics, willing to learn, long term commitment in job
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aircon servicing, mechanical fan servicing, chemical wash of FCU, AHU and troubleshooting fault.
• Hands-on experiences in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in air-con systems or other machines electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Installs, tests and commissions air conditioner systems
• Diagnoses for technical issues and provide on-site consultation for customers
• Must be able to read technical manuals and drawings & basic knowledge on mechanical, electrical and building system, including using of hand and electrical tools
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage a team of worker for supervisor role
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary
• Possess a valid class 3 license will be an advantage
• Others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
