• You have a bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related field
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have a global vision of the business.
• You are customer oriented (production and support function).
• You are comfortable in a production environment.
• You have an analytical mind and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
• You are dynamic and a team player.
• You show leadership, taking on challenges and show patience, perseverance and curiosity.
• You use Excel as needed for summary analyzes.
• You are functional in the French language both orally and in writing. Proficiency in the English language will be considered an asset;
