Morningstar Air Express Inc. is seeking additional full-time experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) for our Calgary (YYC) Base in support of our ATR72 operations. Successful candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate operational requirements. The shift schedule varies with both evening and day shifts including weekends. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
This position will conduct general line maintenance of our ATR72 fleet, including inspections, discrepancy rectification, servicing and cleaning and heavy maintenance. Successful candidates will understand the importance of safety as an individual and as a member of a team. These individuals must also be committed to accurate and timely documentation of maintenance, both electronic and paper-based.
Qualifications:
- Transport Canada M2 AME license;
- ATR72 experience beneficial but not necessary;
- Must either possess or be able to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance (Restricted Area Identification Card);
- Valid provincial driver’s license required.
