OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must qualify for a RAAC and AVOP passes
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and shiftwork based on workload schedules with short notice at timesOccasional travel may be required

• Maintain aircraft in accordance with all Manufacturers and Company recommendations and regulations
• Inspect, assess, and assist in repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and equipment
• Dismantle and assemble aircraft systems for repair and overhaul
• Troubleshoot aircraft defects and carry out corrective action
• Remove, install, and functionally test aircraft components
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are controlled on aircraft that are receiving maintenance within the company’s facilities and ensure that all technical records are originated and retained with respect to all inspections and maintenance functions
• Complete records of work done to sustain an accurate record system
• Perform work in accordance with all Transport Canada guidelines
• Ensure that approved equipment and materials are utilized and a high standard of workmanship is maintained
• Complete any special projects or other tasks as required or assigned. May be assigned to other areas of operations, based on business or customer requirementsWork in compliance with all Administrative, Health & Safety policies and procedures as per legislative requirements and as outlined in Company policies.
