Description:

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • To hold five GCSE’s – A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Proven administration experience in a business environment or similar
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
  • Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent team working skills and be able to deal with colleagues at all levels
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office packages including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience of minute taking and working with PowerPoint would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for delivering excellent and efficient day to day administrative support to the business. Your main duties will include:

  • To act as a point of contact for enquiries and deal with these efficiently and effectively escalating where required
  • Provide administration support for regular meetings throughout the year, taking minutes and publishing them in a timely manner
  • Managing the mobile phone database, monitoring usage, setting up connections and trouble shooting
  • Managing our Contracts Database uploading and archiving contacts, liaising with managers on KPI’s, expiry dates and ensuing that we are compliant
  • Holiday cover and support for team tasks such as raising Purchase Orders, booking HOTAC and room bookings, temporary ID passes and airside vehicle permits
  • Maintaining our training databases and the monitoring of training expiry dates. Production of certificates required by the business and the uploading of these on to our training database
  • General administrative support to the business as and when required
