With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add an Experienced HVAC/R Technician to our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC/R commercial refrigerant equipment repair and maintenance
• Must have Massachusetts HVAC/R Technician License
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC/R commercial equipment such as walk-in freezers, coolers, and other commercial refrigerant equipment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must have a valid US driver’s License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier’s criteria
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to HVAC/R systems and refrigerants (R-22, R-410A, R-134A

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R commercial equipment including walk-in freezers, coolers, ice machines, rack systems and other commercial refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R commercial equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements of parts
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of HVAC/R commercial equipment to ensure they operate at peak efficiency
• Respond to calls promptly and professionally, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all HVAC/R work, including handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials
• Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Provide recommendations to clients regarding HVAC/R equipment upgrades, replacements, or enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour (Based on experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401
