We’re recruiting for an Airport Operations and Contract Manager (AOCM) This is a particularly exciting role and great time join to be part of our expansion plans. The AOCM role is pivotal to ensuring the safe and timely operation of our airline services. Reporting to the Regional Airport Ops and Contract Manager, the AOCM will oversee the management of third-party suppliers, focusing on safety, compliance, and supplier relationships. With a keen eye on cost-effectiveness, you will take ownership of ground handling and de-icing contracts throughout their life cycle.
This role also plays a vital part in driving internal performance targets, revenue activities, and the implementation of new policies and procedures, collaborating closely with the central Ground Ops team. Your role in identifying, trialling, and implementing process improvements will enhance our customer experience. Plus, you’ll represent easyJet at forums, manage KPIs and projects, and drive the successful execution of transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

You will have a proven track record of budget management, showcasing the ability to adeptly challenge costs while maintaining financial integrity. You will have outstanding problem-solving abilities, coupled with a firm dedication to continuous improvement and cost reduction. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills will empower you to effortlessly influence a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have proven experience in third-party management, expertly driving suppliers to achieve both performance milestones and cost-saving objectives. A grounded understanding of SGHA and IATA contracts will highlight your ability to navigate complex agreements with finesse.
