- Responsible for welcoming guests & VIPs at the airport and making all the necessary arrangements with regards to all services visas and transportation.
- Must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport.
- Representing the company and display a good impression which should emphasize an exceptional guest relations service by establishing a smooth arrival and good experience at the airport.
- Responsible to assist the guests in terms of queries, issues, information required by them.
- Provide special services for large groups and work closely in handling vips with extra customer service and care.
- Maintains a professional image by following the protocol of paging for guests.
- Making sure that all services the Marhaba services are handled properly.
- Ensure proper handover of guests to their assigned transfer.
- Implement necessary controls and ensure compliance with the airport rules and regulations.
- Maintain a list of all important contact numbers (airport, hotels, and suppliers)
- Can start immediately
- Ability to work in Abu Dhabi
- Fluent in English, other languages is an advantage.
