  • Responsible for welcoming guests & VIPs at the airport and making all the necessary arrangements with regards to all services visas and transportation.
  • Must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport.
  • Representing the company and display a good impression which should emphasize an exceptional guest relations service by establishing a smooth arrival and good experience at the airport.
  • Responsible to assist the guests in terms of queries, issues, information required by them.
  • Provide special services for large groups and work closely in handling vips with extra customer service and care.
  • Maintains a professional image by following the protocol of paging for guests.
  • Making sure that all services the Marhaba services are handled properly.
  • Ensure proper handover of guests to their assigned transfer.
  • Implement necessary controls and ensure compliance with the airport rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a list of all important contact numbers (airport, hotels, and suppliers)
  • Can start immediately
  • Ability to work in Abu Dhabi
  • Fluent in English, other languages is an advantage.
  • Great presentation.
  • Able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills.
