Successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and leading day-to-day operations on a shift basis including customer bookings, queries, arrivals and departures. You will lead the on-shift team to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring that all operational duties are performed in a professional and safe manner, and all customer requirements are exceeded.
Your role will involve authorising customer invoices, responding to related queries as necessary and being the point of contact for customers, business partners and third parties when the general manager is not on site. You will be responsible for ensuring all airport polices and regulations are complied with whilst monitoring the volume of traffic so the FBO are compliant with Health and Safety and airport regulations.
