ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The AirTD (Aspire.Innovate.Rise) Operations Excellence Leadership Rotational Program is an immersive 24-month program designed to help you to step into our world of operations management, operational risk management, banking operations, banking modernization, as well as product and services fulfillment. The goal of the program is to develop operations leaders who understand, administer, and deliver business practices to achieve the highest level of efficiency possible for CPB Operations.
We are looking for individuals who have creative energy combined with a strategic mindset to improve, simplify, and automate. If you have a genuine desire to help customers get the most from their banking experience, we want you to be part of our leadership rotational program.

In this program you will rotate across CBP Operations areas approximately every six months:

  • Credit Centre Adjudication: Learn how this skillful team drives growth and enhances end-to-end credit adjudications processes through fair, consistent, and efficient decision making
  • Credit Centre Operations: See how this forward-thinking team enables business growth through agile, efficient, and value-added processes that meet evolving customer expectations
  • Banking Operations & Estates: Discover how this dynamic and diverse team supports the back-office, mid-office, customer-facing functions, plus internal and external partner-facing functions for all channels and products in CPB, Wealth and Corporate
  • Operations Performance & Modernization (OPM): Understand how this team enables and supports 2,600 Operations colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer experiences for the Personal Bank. The OPM team’s scope crosses workforce management, performance management, insights and reporting, behaviours and coaching, colleague innovation, colleague experience and enablement, governance, and control, while partnering with end-to-end customer journeys to deliver on Operations scope

We align rotation opportunities with our business strategies to ensure you work on the most important priorities.

EXPERIENCE GROWTH:

  • Represent Operations on cross-functional campaigns, working groups, projects, and forums
