IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Airworthiness Analyst in the Huntsville, AL area supporting a customer on Redstone Arsenal. Candidates should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and be able to handle multiple tasks. Candidates must already possess an active Secret level security clearance.

EDUCATION AND GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of data management experience is required.

Candidate should also have the following:

  • Knowledge of USG correspondence regulations, policies, processes, and guidance
  • Familiar with airworthiness processes and Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD)
  • Experience with Airworthiness Qualification Specification (AQS) development but not required
  • Ability to manage complex projects, track tasks and work effectively with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills, be detailed oriented and be able to manage a large volume of data
  • Ability to identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Airworthiness Analyst/Data Manager for the Project Office with primary responsibilities to ensure commonality between product interfaces
  • Manage programmatic aspects of various projects within the Product Office to ensure commonality in TopVue, Windchill, and SharePoint
  • Develop workflows and requirements that create uniformity across contract documents
  • Input data as required to ensure completion of business and technical application modules
  • Participate in Statement of Work (SOW) development efforts to provide input into requirements to vendors that ensure modification efforts meet deadline goals
  • Provide input into development and documentation of technical and contract requirements
  • Support assessment of program/project technical risks related to commonality and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, timeliness, and work flow completion
  • Create response letters and memos in accordance with contract compliance
  • Assist with data management application administrative duties in relation to user accounts and review workflows
  • Provide delinquency and milestone reports to project leads
  • Review data deliverables upon submission for data distribution and intellectual property legends in accordance with contract documentation
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
