Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced CAMO engineer with a solid understanding of aircraft continuing airworthiness management, technical records, maintenance planning, and reliability programs. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with A320, A330, and B737 aircraft types and their engines as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and integrity.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficient in Aircraft Technical Records and Maintenance Planning.
  • Familiarity with Reliability Monitoring and Aircraft Maintenance Programs.
  • Understanding of critical maintenance tasks and safety regulations.
  • Aircraft lease/purchase delivery and re-delivery records review.
  • Airworthiness management of aircraft in day-to-day operation.

ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills for coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Capable of identifying and addressing unsafe conditions.
  • Knowledge of OASES software is a plus.
  • Engineering skills to analyze and provide effective solution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A relevant engineering or aeronautical degree, or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in continuing airworthiness.
  • At least two years in a similar position within the aeronautical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage Aircraft Technical Records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee LLPs back-to-back traceability and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and control an Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including the application of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and the replacement of service life-limited parts.
  • Perform mass and balance calculations, ensuring accurate representation in the mass and balance statement.
  • Analyze and interpret maintenance data and source documentation as needed.
  • Review and assess Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for applicability.
  • Utilize Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and defect deferral processes, verifying entries in the aircraft technical logbook.
  • Identify and prioritize critical maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Issue and review work orders, as well as work reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a retention system for aircraft continuing airworthiness records.
  • Uphold professional integrity and promote a safety-first attitude within the team.
