The Position

Responsibilities:

  • Represent internally & externally, a growing team of partnering professionals dedicated to creating long-term value & growth from new and ongoing partnering & integration activities
  • Lead multiple alliances, including but not limited to the shaping & management of governance committees, maintaining of systems and governance practices, contract management, conducting & actioning on partnering health checks
  • Effectively deliver on alliance goals utilizing your strong collaboration, coordination, opportunity/risk management and communication skills
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (e.g legal, finance, contracting, quality, regulatory, procurement, business teams, country affiliates) in support of alliance & internal business objectives
  • Support the development of other team members and contribute to creation, implementation and sharing of team value, capabilities, practices & system
