YOUR ROLE

As an Allied Health Assistant working in our hospital rehabilitation unit, you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients.

Your tasks will include:

• Assist with the implementation of therapeutic services of Allied Health practice (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology)
• Assist with the evaluation of patient goals and plans
• Report client progress and outcomes of interventions to Allied Health Professionals against goals identified
• Assist with the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures to support the administrative requirements of the Allied Health service

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Be vaccinated against Influenza and have received at least 1 x Covid-19 vaccination
• Current Police Screening Certificate
• Current CPR certificates
• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant experience is desirable
• Effective communication skills
