Responsibilities:

FIND YOUR ROLE

You will be working in the ALS Finance team and supporting the Asda Logistics Services (ALS) function to identify, build and deliver financial reporting, insight and analysis to the ALS Finance team and ALS business leaders. Supporting business decision making to drive improvements across all areas of the ALS balanced scorecard, ensuring that data and insight are at the heart of the ALS function. This role is a 12 month FTC.

YOUR ROLE

  • Improve the ALS functions understanding of performance by creating, measuring, & providing KPIs with insight that allow for a continuous improvement.
  • Collation of weekly scorecard for senior leadership involving KPIs, costs and liaising with Finance Managers across the logistics network to understand anomalies.
  • ToYou parcel services – collate weekly forecast, profitability by client and regular review of client risk.
  • Work in an agile way, retaining the ability to respond to ‘in the moment’ opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders and end users to resolve any process issues and implement solutions.
  • Proactively communicate known challenges and manage expectations
