BAE Systems is looking to hire an Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) to support Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) for multiple programs executed out of our Nashua, NH campus. As the ACPSO, you will work closely with security management and assigned program staff on all aspects of special program security.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Active Secret Clearance (within a 5 year scope).
Demonstrate understanding of the DoD SAP Manuals.
Knowledge and demonstrated application of the U.S. Government security standards.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Top Secret clearance.
Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, and ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree
