We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Windows Fabrication Foreman / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aluminum windows production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of fabricators, ensuring high-quality production, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership:
Oversee and manage a team of aluminum window fabricators.
Train and mentor staff, ensuring they follow best practices and safety protocols.
Allocate tasks and ensure production schedules are adhered to.
Fabrication & Quality Control:
Oversee the fabrication of aluminum windows, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Perform quality checks at various stages of production and ensure timely adjustments.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the fabrication process.
Production Planning & Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet production deadlines.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate materials are available for production.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all employees comply with safety regulations and proper usage of equipment.
Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a safe work environment.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring accurate documentation of output, materials, and labor.
Monitor and control production costs, working to optimize efficiency.
Maintenance & Equipment Management:
Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of machinery to prevent downtime.
Report and manage equipment malfunctions or the need for repairs.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in aluminum windows fabrication.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in aluminum fabrication techniques and equipment.
Understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education: A relevant technical diploma or certificate..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
