THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Chef de Partie! You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- The operation of your appointed kitchen section - we are currently looking for chefs for the entree section and pasta production section!
- Quality execution of all food offerings
- Contributing to the overall customer experience
- Assisting in the execution of stock management including, ordering, receiving, storing, rotation, portion control and wastage
- Meeting and exceeding Savor standards of quality and consistency
- Adhering to health and safety, food control plan, and company policies
- Guiding junior staff members
- Adhering to tasks as requested by the Head Chef and senior team members
