THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an ambitious Amazon Account Manager to drive Olsam’s rapidly expanding ecommerce services business, Starlight. It’s a hugely exciting opportunity that offers a breadth of day-to-day responsibilities that will utilise the candidate’s entrepreneurial skillset pushing them to rapidly enhance their career in ecommerce & Amazon. The core responsibilities will centre on leading day to day Amazon Marketplace (3P) operations for household-name client accounts, with a clear focus on delivering growth. This role balances strategic client support with operational delivery; effective client communication will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Work closely with clients to determine the role of Amazon in their multichannel distribution strategy.
  • Trading: Own the management and trading of all product listings on the marketplace.
  • PPC: Work closely with our PPC specialists to devise & deliver advertising strategy, based on client’s strategic goals.
  • Creative: Advise clients on their creative strategy relating to Amazon, guiding them in creation of Amazon-first assets.
  • Logistics: Ensure appropriate stock allocation to the marketplace through close communication with client team.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports to clients
  • Consulting & Analytics: Support on key consulting projects, focused on market & competitor analysis and new market entry.
