REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coursework/Training: Training in the concepts of pharmaceutical care.
  • Professional affiliations upon hire.
  • 1 year in Hospital setting or residency.
  • Decentralized pharmacy setting.
  • Completion of PGY1 residency
  • Board Certification
