We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Ambulatory Nurse to provide dedicated care and transportation support for an elderly patient in Abu Dhabi. This role will focus primarily on safely driving the patient to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities, while providing attentive nursing care as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in elderly care, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient comfort and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Assistance Nurse, Nurse or Ambulatory Nurse (medical license is not required, but nice to have)
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Proven experience in elderly care, preferably with a background in home healthcare, geriatric nursing, or ambulatory services
  • Strong understanding of elder care protocols, emergency response, and patient safety
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Transportation and Assistance: Drive the patient safely to and from medical appointments, social engagements, and errands, providing assistance with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
  • Nursing Support: Monitor the patient’s well-being, administer basic nursing care during transit, and respond to any health needs or emergencies promptly.
  • Daily Care Duties: Support the patient with daily tasks as needed, such as medication reminders, assistance with mobility, and ensuring overall comfort.
  • Medical Appointments: Coordinate with healthcare providers for appointments, help the patient prepare, and relay relevant information to family or other caregivers as needed.
