JOB DESCRIPTION

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader for the AMEA region with a proven track record in selling video & security access solutions to the government and enterprise customers. This role will report to the Vice-President and Head of Direct Business, AMEA region

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales experience in the government and enterprise sector
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proficient in strategic planning and business development
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Knowledge of the AMEA market

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a video sales team to drive MSI Video & security access business in the AMEA region focusing on government and enterprise customers
  • Partnering the AMEA Direct Sales team in establishing and achieving the annual sales objectives for the Video and security access solutions business in the assigned territory
  • Identify and qualify prospects for video and security access solution opportunities in strategic direct accounts to help build a sustainable sales funnel
  • Identify strategic areas for growth and develop plans to drive Video and security access sales for the AMEA region
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer needs
  • Present Motorola Solutions Video portfolio (including Avigilon, Pelco, AVA, Openpath, Calipsa etc) to partners and customers
  • Provide product overview and technical guidance to System Integrator/partners, Consultants & End-Users to help them understand our Video & security access solutions
  • Articulate the technology as well as competitive offering to demonstrate differentiated value propositions to both business and technical prospects
  • Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience and delivering product presentation to C-level
  • Support Sales Team in pitching our solution specifications for RFP’s and responding to RFP’s
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, end customers and system integrator partners
  • Collaborate with Direct sales and presales teams to ensure the right solution positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, RFP responses and POCs for our solutions
  • Provide management with sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Be a thought leader to promote the Video and Security Access business in the region
  • Maintain key strategic end-user and partner relationships in region to drive the Video and Security Access business in AMEA
  • Be a coach to a diverse team across the AMEA region for the Video and Security Access business
