The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • The Americas Cluster DP Senior Mgr. is responsible to ensure the correct inputs in the demand process to achieve the availability of finished goods complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans, allocation policies and IBP process.
  • This role needs to guarantee the best way of working of a high-performed team to achieve the company results improving the operational metrics of its process. Taking advantage of the implemented global tools as Antuit, o9 and Interactive Dashboards.
  • This role is responsible of the effective communication between Regional Demand leads, Demand Planners and IBP Leads for achieve planning goals and ensure the correct modulation of the demand signals.
  • The Americas DP Senior Mgr. Cluster works within and across multiple functional teams from it brands cluster, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders from the entire region.
    Qualifications

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

  • Analytical skills – able to analyze multiple sources of data and to root cause problems
  • Problem-solving skills– able to facilitate problem resolution, engaging with relevant stakeholders
  • Organizational skills – able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
  • Collaboration & Communication skills - able to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business
  • >8 years of professional experience in supply chain management. Experience in Demand and/or Supply planning appreciated.
  • Hands-on experience with computer systems such as planning ERP and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and S&OP
  • Experience leading and implementing S&OP Process.
  • Knowledge of beauty industry and regional / affiliate market trends
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience with statistical forecasting and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Forecast Pro, etc.)
