JOB DESCRIPTION
Bring your expertise to JPMorgan Chase. As part of Consumer & Community Banking Client Escalations, you are at the center of maintaining a strong Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program at JPMorgan Chase. The CCB Client Escalations team is primarily responsible for reviewing client and related-party alerts and escalations for CCB, which includes making risk-based decisions on potential screening matches and exit or retain decisions on client relationships. Many of these customer relationships are complex and require special care and handling. You will help drive decisions impacting the firm and its customers.
As an AML/KYC Officer III in CCB Client Escalations you will work in a dynamic environment and partner with AML/KYC leadership to deliver a best in class AML program. You would be responsible to maintain these high standards as a AML/KYC Officer III in CCB Client Escalations team. You would be responsible for creating and managing all High-Profile Forum and Senior Executive Level decks used to obtain approvals (e.g. Global Financial Crimes Compliance Sector Head, Sub-LOB CEO/delegate) for customer relationship exit and retain decisions. You would be responsible for gathering input from case officers, stakeholders and existing materials / resources, to develop an enhances process for gaining all approvals needed and closing escalated cases in a timely manner across multiple forums. You may also be responsible for various projects needed to drive process improvements, and be a thought leader on the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Must exhibit independent judgment by making sound decisions and taking appropriate action in solving problems.
- Strong presentation skills required with excellent verbal and exceptional written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and with a team. Requires strong relationship building skills.
- Strong ability to work on various assignments simultaneously with effective time-management and strong problem-solving skills.
- PC proficiency including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and graphics are necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing all aspects of GFCC and CEO Advisory meetings including the creating and management of all materials, tracking of success metrics, follow up of aged items and escalation of road blocks.
- Update Guides/Procedure for Enhanced CEO process.
- Tailor materials based on the audience – ensuring key messages are relayed through developed materials with consistent tone and voice throughout.
- Organize all approval meetings. Log status, take aways, owners and due dates. Follow up an aged items and escalate as necessary.
- Perform duties tied to this role will be inclusive of responsibilities that arise from the high-profile forums and throughout the approval processes.
