Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree and/or 2+ years relevant work experience within Luxembourg Financial Industry
  • Knowledge of fund legal structures in Luxembourg
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC laws in Luxembourg and processes
  • Team player that enjoys taking responsibility and can work independently
  • Detailed oriented and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well organized with a sense of prioritization, flexible and stress resistant
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in another European language is a plus (preferably Italian)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint is a plus

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and processing of investor onboarding and ongoing investor due diligence requirements within the Shareholder Services Team. This includes review of AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS documentation, on a periodic and ad hoc basis
  • On-boarding new clients and their investors, providing continuous excellent client service
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/clients
  • Ensuring a professional, timely response and processing of client/investor queries and instructions
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and checklists are always adhered to in accordance with standards
  • Monitoring and preparing monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reporting
  • Actively participating or being responsible for specific operational or regulatory projects,
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Observing deadlines, understanding and applying the rules and representations of the fund and ensure that they are adhered to
  • Assist the Manager Shareholder Services with planning, highlighting opportunities and escalating potential issues in a timely manner
  • Building and managing client and investor relationships, enhancing the TMF experience, providing a high standard of client service
  • Contributes toward creating efficient solutions to challenges that impact the overall Fund Services Team, while maintaining a focus on team spirit & productivity
