Our job is to ensure that our customers experience a timely and smooth process when joining Danske Bank. At the same time it is our responsibility that new customers fulfill all regulative requirements and to mitigate risks when they occur.

ONBOARD NEW CUSTOMERS WHILE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

As an AML officer you will onboard new Private and Corporate customers while following KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
You will have customer contact, interviewing customers giving them a value adding and great first impression of Danske Bank.

You will also:

• Ensure that assigned tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the best quality (First Time Right) of processes by following the SOP’s and constantly look for solutions to improve

• Collaborate with other teams by sharing best practices and help in peak periodsTake part in common initiatives contributing to team well-being
