Description:
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are eagerly looking to recruit an AMO Manager to join our Data Solutions team within Bank of Ireland! You will work in a team of like-minded professionals with a broad range of experience and backgrounds across Data, IT and the Business.
You will help craft, guide, and establish the ways of working, participate in exciting transformation initiatives and be part of a team that helps develop strategic capabilities to enable the bank to develop and maintain its strategic asset.
As an AMO Manager you will assist in the central oversight and support of the governance and management of the Data Solutions Team within the Group Data & Analytics Office (GDAO).
In this role, you will:.
- Contribute to the Implementation of Governance frameworks, process and procedures to monitor the delivery across Data Solutions and ensure we are adhering to standards
- Produce comprehensive MI to support the operational running of the team, including setting targets and reporting on same.
- Work with appropriate parties to develop and maintain processes and governance to support delivery performance, effective management and service acceptance
- Contribute to and implement elements of the Data Solutions transformation plan, including collaborating with other teams within Data Solutions, GDAO, and across the Group.
