Responsibilities:

  • Verify that the credit limit approval procedure is complied with in all businesses in order to ensure efficient and prompt recovery of accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate centralized collection management in order to maintain a healthy credit portfolio.
  • Analyze the credit portfolio in terms of recovery, delinquency, credit limits, returned check behavior, etc. based on the analysis of the credit portfolio behavior in order to generate the necessary reports in a timely manner to support decision making.
  • Ensure that the information that appears in the Trade Marketing & Distribution KPI Model is reliable and timely for decision making.
  • Follow up on the objectives of both late payment and credit sales and recovery. With the intention of closing the months according to the projection.

What are we looking for?

  • University academic level (Business Administration, Public Accounting, Economics, etc.)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions and supporting the commercial area and managing a credit portfolio
  • Intermediate English level
  • Experience working with ERP and/or SAP
  • Good interpersonal relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge in the Windows environment, emphasizing advanced level of Excel and Intermediate Power Bi
  • Analytical and oriented to data management, ability to perform a good forecast to align recovery patterns
