Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Foster a culture of compliance with ethical business standards and practices in the organization.
  • Driving implementation of the ethics and compliance program and preventing, detecting, and correcting violations of the law, Baxter’s policies, and code of conduct.
  • Identify Baxter’s compliance and legal risks in the region/cluster.
  • Support the plan for sanitary registrations, provide regulatory support to ensure compliance with the local registry plan and ensure acquiring the required sanitary registrations according to the strategic business plan of the Buss. Unit(s) in Mexico.
  • Ensure that the sanitary registrations required by the business are current and updated, accordingly to Mexican regulations and regulatory compliance in reviewing and approval of labels of both domestic and imported products, for each BI in the country.
