Description:
Our design team at Synopsys, is looking for an analog/mixed-signal design engineer to help with the development of high-bandwidth memory interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and supports analog and mixed signal components for advanced physical memory interfaces.
- Collaborates with a diverse international team to determine the best approaches to solving related technical challenges.
- Works closely with our customers to enable their success.
Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analog, mixed signal, memory or custom logic circuit design
- Solid understanding of CMOS design knowledge and techniques.
- Familiarity with HSPICE or other simulators
- Good technical communication skills
- Good teamwork, willingness to work and support others
