Description:

Our design team at Synopsys, is looking for an analog/mixed-signal design engineer to help with the development of high-bandwidth memory interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and supports analog and mixed signal components for advanced physical memory interfaces.
  • Collaborates with a diverse international team to determine the best approaches to solving related technical challenges.
  • Works closely with our customers to enable their success.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analog, mixed signal, memory or custom logic circuit design
  • Solid understanding of CMOS design knowledge and techniques.
  • Familiarity with HSPICE or other simulators
  • Good technical communication skills
  • Good teamwork, willingness to work and support others
