We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Analyst 4_Non-Cleared role in Everett, Washington, 98204, United States. This position is integral to our operations and customer projects, serving as a key liaison in project management and planning. The successful candidate will manage business segments, product groups, and large programs while regularly interfacing with customers.

• Oversee and manage the life cycle and operational aspects of projects, ensuring the alignment with overall project objectives.
• Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Handle the daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete projects, ensuring all action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met.
• Gather and analyze data to monitor projects’ progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the projects to ensure that established targets are met.
• Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Regularly interact and interface with customers, serving as the face of the organization.
• Partner with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Manage the accountability of the workforce in organizational operations and customer projects.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and operations
• Proficiency in planning and policy development
• Familiarity with planning and budget processes
• Proven track record in quality control
• Experience in project management and supervising staff
• Knowledge of time management and productivity improvement strategies
• Ability to analyze and improve practices for increased customer satisfaction
• Experience in staffing and coordinating with partners to meet targets
• Skills in project planning and coordination
• Ability to liaise effectively with different departments or teams
• Understanding of market segmentation and trend analysis
• Proficiency in utilizing FACTS software or similar systems
• Experience in preparing status and progress reports
