The Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Advisory team is an internal consulting team providing a risk-based approach to improving processes, running projects, and managing risks, at the enterprise level. Projects will likely include:

  • Supporting all business lanes across the enterprise – DaVita Kidney Care, Strategic Business Initiatives, International
  • Working as part of a team to implement changes or provide recommendations to manage risk, drive efficiencies and effectiveness of all enterprise functions
  • Advising or supporting the business to implement recommendations to business processes, systems, and team structure
  • The Analyst / Sr. Analyst will work as part of a team and is expected to effectively contribute to individual work streams. This role provides excellent exposure to the DaVita executive level team, as this function reports directly to the Board of Directors.

  • Performs good project management practices to ensure engagements meet commitments and can apply learnings to advise on partner projects
  • Comfortable working on complex and ambiguous business problems
  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks
  • Synthesize findings and recommendations in concise, clear memos
  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to audiences; strong story-telling capabilities
  • Supports the design and facilitation of workshops, steering committees, and other cross-functional meetings
  • Works closely with teammates across the Village and develops long-standing relationships with the business
  • 10% travel may be required

    Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in management consulting, process improvement, organizational effectiveness or a corporate strategy execution role preferred

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience contributing to large-scale business transformation teams with tangible impact on the business
  • Certification, or interest in obtaining upon hire, in project management and/or process improvement preferred
  • Strong experience working with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Visio)
