OUR BUSINESS
This role is positioned within the AI Acceleration Office which involves co-ordinating all AI activity across the group including our AI Acceleration plan, drives AI adoption and holistic AI education and solves interdependencies between our enablers of AI . This role plays a pivotal part in the execution of Acclerating AI across the group.

The Acceleration Office is seeking an e nthusiastic analyst to join our award-winning, globally recogni s ed AI team. This role is helping to increase the transparency on Gen AI work being done across the organisation, raising the ambition on Gen AI within BU and SU crews, chapters, and CoEs , an d putting pressure into the system to deliver our org-wide Gen AI plan with increased velocity.
The Analyst AI Acceleration roles are responsible for supporting to o rchestrat e and manage the complex Domain level delivery of our AI Acceleration plan .
This will involve analysing data to produce insights for discussion at the Gen AI Council and setting and tracking performance and delivery progress, resolving interdependencies and impediments across the Accelerating AI program.
Responsibilities:
- Define problem statements, develop hypotheses and structure analysis.
- Independently conduct effective, thorough research, data gathering and analysis.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improvements to our AI Acceleration Strategy.
- Help to s et and track performance and delivery progress across the Accelerating AI program , extracting data and synthesising into business decisions.
- Prepare progress dashboards from Jira, aggregate areas for celebration and issues / blockers and coordinate with required SME to present identified blockers at Gen AI Council.
- Assist with Governance reporting requirements including milestones, financial, benefits and risks.
