Responsibilities:
- Coordinate origination initiatives by working closely with colleagues within Corporate Finance team and from Sector and Strategic Product teams on pitchbook materials for M&A, fund raising, Independent Financial Advisory (IFA") and valuation advisory mandates
- Liaise with colleagues from various teams to ensure quality and timeliness of materials
- Support execution for Corporate Finance projects / mandates
- Day-to-day project management and process control with regular interface with client representatives
- Run complex valuation and financial analysis, including development and maintenance of financial models, trading and transaction comparable analysis
- Draft presentation and marketing materials, such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentation
- Coordinate data room processes, administer Q&A logistics and follow up
- Draft process documentation for process materials, such as process letter, bid letter and other transaction document
- Coordinate with more senior members of the deal execution team and obtain requisite internal sign-offs
- Participate in recruiting and helping to organize training sessions for Corporate Finance analysts and interns
- Develop database of Corporate Finance marketing materials and best practice templates
