Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate origination initiatives by working closely with colleagues within Corporate Finance team and from Sector and Strategic Product teams on pitchbook materials for M&A, fund raising, Independent Financial Advisory (IFA") and valuation advisory mandates
  • Liaise with colleagues from various teams to ensure quality and timeliness of materials
  • Support execution for Corporate Finance projects / mandates
  • Day-to-day project management and process control with regular interface with client representatives
  • Run complex valuation and financial analysis, including development and maintenance of financial models, trading and transaction comparable analysis
  • Draft presentation and marketing materials, such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentation
  • Coordinate data room processes, administer Q&A logistics and follow up
  • Draft process documentation for process materials, such as process letter, bid letter and other transaction document
  • Coordinate with more senior members of the deal execution team and obtain requisite internal sign-offs
  • Participate in recruiting and helping to organize training sessions for Corporate Finance analysts and interns
  • Develop database of Corporate Finance marketing materials and best practice templates
