As an Analyst within Corporate Finance, you will support your senior team members and will work closely with various teams in Syndicate, Markets, Credit Risk, Client Coverage and Client Management Execution teams within C&IB. You will be a self-motivated and client focused individual that enjoys working in a fast paced and regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support your senior team members in managing coverage of clients, understanding the securitization market and identifying opportunities.
- Actively participate in deal teams and support the deal process – you will have responsibility over several aspects, as well as direct client contact.
- Provide support through a number of ways which may include provision of pricing and market updates, writing pitches and RFPs, research, active file management, following up on client queries and engagement with other stakeholders.
- Attend regular client meetings, build strong relationships, and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends.
- Be risk aware and ensure internal operating policies and procedures are followed.
