WHAT TO EXPECT:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Defined Contribution Pension Analyst to administer the Hudson’s Bay Company defined contribution (DC) Pension and Savings Plans. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, provide exceptional client service, and support participants in achieving their retirement savings objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of defined contribution pension & saving plans, including reporting, data integrity/reconciliation, and system testing
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s pension plan text and pension legislation
- Work with internal and third-party vendors, such as payroll, recordkeeper, trustees, benefit providers
- Maintain retiree data and post-retirement benefits
- Administer Hudson’s Bay Service Recognition Program
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide support and customer service to Associates, People Experience (HR) and Retirees
- Participate in financial wellness education
- Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team and give support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
