The Analyst, CKD Model of Care, will support initiatives that drive DaVita’s overall Integrated Kidney Care strategy and execution for Chronic Kidney Disease patients. The Senior Analyst will support the team in developing and executing against a multi-year strategic plan that would prepare DaVita to assume full clinical and financial accountability for its CKD patients. This is a high visibility role that will work on scaling high impact care interventions and designing new innovative capabilities to improve the health and outcomes of our CKD patients.
Types of projects to be can include:
- Execution of current interventions, including analysis of clinical data, report development, and creation of training & education resources for care teams and physician partners
- Developing the business case and roadmap to pilot and test new capabilities or interventions
- Evaluation of partnership opportunities to support execution of key priorities to support the overall strategic plan
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility as a “peer” across all levels
- Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes clinical, financial, and operational data, providing critical insights and potential recommendations and/or solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to convey research and analyses to senior leaders
- Oversight of projects end-to-end through concept development, development of business case, pilot, and launch and effectively manage cross-functional teams to deliver project results
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare management, patient experience or process design/innovation, or similar
- Exceptional written / verbal communication and analytic capabilities
- Strongly preferred to have demonstrated expertise in healthcare setting – especially working with physicians or integrated care systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products
Travel and other requirements:
- Limited travel required (~10-15%)
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
