We’re looking for a Commercial Planning Analyst to join our Singapore team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications is preferredAdvanced understanding of MS Excel is a must
• Knowledge of Excel VBA/Office Scripts is a plus
• Min 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Experience in using Power BI will be useful
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS PowerPoint and WordStrong attention to detail analytical skills
• and the ability to prepare own analysis work
• Independent person who possesses a can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Provide regular performance reporting to support day-to-day decision making
• Enhance and maintain reporting structures with the goal of improving work efficiency and business performance
• Analyze and assemble large data sets to meet business requirementsEnsure timely execution and maintenance of all tactical schemes
• including ongoing performance reporting and end resultsCollaborate with sales team to review investment outcomes
• Determine actions to be taken to improve ROI on all activities to better support future decisions and distribution strategy
• Maintain and provide recommendations on commercial terms and conditionsCollect analyze
• and interpret external data to support commercial decision-making
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions
• Create and maintain complex Excel models to support business processes and decisions
• Support key projects and initiatives as they arise in the business
• Respond to ad hoc analysis needs as they arise to support business decisions
