Job Summary
Commercial Property Finance has a dual-mandate, comprising both client coverage and financing product for CIB clients in the real estate sector. The Listed Sector team has primary responsibility for the coverage of listed and institutional real estate clients in South Africa, working closely with all Investment Banking product areas to target capital markets and risk management opportunities. The team is also responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of loan transactions for these clients.
Job Description
The successful candidate will support dealmakers across both origination and transaction execution. Responsibilities include managing deal processes, building financial models and preparing research or client presentation materials. In addition to these client-related activities, the Analyst is responsible for management information to support budgeting and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the Property sector coupled with strong financial analysis and modelling skills. Suited to a recently qualified CA or alternatively a candidate with a B. degree coupled with 1-3 years work experience in an analytic role.
Education
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
