We are currently looking for a new member for the Corporate Control team to join us in the position of Analyst, Corporate Control.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Economics or Business Management
- At least 2 years of experience in the areas of consulting or controlling
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving and intellectual curiosity
Responsibilities:
- Support the decision-making process by providing reliable business information and presenting varied real estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and Business environment
- Challenge the business activities with the purpose of achieving better results for the company through the implementation of efficiency and cost-cutting initiatives
- Prepare project feasibility studies
- Support in the coordination of business projects
- Perform benchmark and efficiency analysis
