We are currently looking for a new member for the Corporate Control team to join us in the position of Analyst, Corporate Control.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Economics or Business Management
• At least 2 years of experience in the areas of consulting or controlling
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinking, problem solving and intellectual curiosity

• Support the decision-making process by providing reliable business information and presenting varied real estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and Business environment
• Challenge the business activities with the purpose of achieving better results for the company through the implementation of efficiency and cost-cutting initiatives
• Prepare project feasibility studies
• Support in the coordination of business projects
• Perform benchmark and efficiency analysis
