Description:

Allied is currently seeking an Analyst, Data Integrity to join the Data Integrity team in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the consistency, quality and protection of data in our systems to meet overall business needs.
  • Complete Yardi set-ups and updates of all data inputs, including but not limited to properties, suites, vendors and customers.
  • Review changes completed in Yardi to ensure that changes were made correctly and in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work closely with the Lease Administration team to ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of tenant set-ups in Yardi.
  • Update and maintain all the commercial system configuration requirements, chart of accounts and accounts trees in Yardi.
  • Work closely with the Accounting department in setting up tenant recovery pools and methodologies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in Yardi.
  • Assist with testing of new Yardi software releases before implementation.
  • Support the process of developing, testing and deploying custom reports in Yardi.
  • Assist with administering SAP Concur, an employee expense management software.
  • Serve as a liaison between functional business areas and the Technology team to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood.
  • Assist the Director of Data Integrity in organization-wide data governance activities.
