Role/ Department:
The role is within Depositary Operations helping to ensure that Northern Trust fulfils its oversight responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD), UCITS V and other regulatory requirements.
The primary responsibilities will be in the area of Depositary Operations.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Co-ordinate, track and interpret information from various sources to gain understanding of an Alternative investment;
- Review of documentation in line with procedures to update investment checklists for addition to an Other Asset database;
- Support the team by actioning various daily processes & team mailbox maintenance;
- Participate on meetings with relevant internal and external parties;
- Ability to suggest improvements on processes;
- Participating in ensuring governance procedures are being adhered to;
