We are looking for an Analyst to join the NEXT Change Management Team. This role presents the perfect opportunity for you to join the high-tech sector with no technical background, and expose yourself to diverse challenges in multiple clients, industries and technologies.
The Analyst is equally skilled in situation analysis, problem solving, communications and design. You might be a good fit if you can:
- Parachute into new industries and analyse challenges from multiple perspectives
- Ask good questions and connect the dots quickly
- Convert tech-speak into simple language via clear and creative communications
- Create attractive communications materials (EDM, PowerPoint slides, etc.)
- Be equally skilled at engaging both senior leaders and ground staff in a variety of settings
PowerPoint should hold no secrets for you, and you can create impressive presentations with it. Bonus points if you have experience in video or graphic design software.
