REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

As an entry-level Analyst, you will support our Consultants on Needs Analysis and Software Selection projects. Some of our Analyst’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Attend interviews with clients to document pain points, limitations to growth, and business processes.
  • Perform initial qualitative analysis on client interview data.
  • Analyze client’s industry requirements and present to project consultants.
  • Evaluate software vendor’s capabilities and differentiators.
  • Match vendors’ suitability for client’s unique requirements.
  • Assist Consultants with scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate deliverable creation and insert client information in project artifacts for consultants.
  • Document requirements.
  • Collect and compile feedback from clients.
  • Prepare project documents with client information.
  • Collaborate with consulting team to ensure an organized and successful project.
  • Occasional travel (20%).
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor and attitude.
