REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities:
As an entry-level Analyst, you will support our Consultants on Needs Analysis and Software Selection projects. Some of our Analyst’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attend interviews with clients to document pain points, limitations to growth, and business processes.
- Perform initial qualitative analysis on client interview data.
- Analyze client’s industry requirements and present to project consultants.
- Evaluate software vendor’s capabilities and differentiators.
- Match vendors’ suitability for client’s unique requirements.
- Assist Consultants with scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate deliverable creation and insert client information in project artifacts for consultants.
- Document requirements.
- Collect and compile feedback from clients.
- Prepare project documents with client information.
- Collaborate with consulting team to ensure an organized and successful project.
- Occasional travel (20%).
- Friendly and helpful demeanor and attitude.
