VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Analyst, Financial Terms & Conditions Management to join our Financial Terms & Conditions Management team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Financial Analyst within our Financial Terms & Conditions Management team, your role is responsible to perform all actions required to ensure the effective application of the Terms & Conditions governance model to all EMEA VF brands.
The goal is to perform back-end activities related to On Invoice Terms & Conditions process consistently across all brands and in line with the standard operating procedures and align with VF EMEA’s strategic objectives and compliance standards.
Terms & Conditions Management Analyst performs all actions required for the initialization of every sales campaign according to Terms & Conditions process and procedures standardized across all brands following Brand Season Collection calendar.
We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Analyst, Financial Terms & Conditions Management role:
Terms & Conditions Seasonal brand calendar : cooperate to the seasonal brand calendar creation in collaboration with brand sales, customer service and finance departments
Terms & Conditions data execution : according to the SLA agreed between brand and financial functions execute the Terms & Conditions data collection and upload in SAP -Vistex in line with the standard operating procedures.
Terms & Conditions data consistency : execute all necessary check on data to grant the Terms & Conditions data collection and upload in SAP -Vistex in line with the standard operating procedures.
Approval flow : Monitor Terms & Conditions approval flow and follow up with brand sales function
Mass Repricing activity - execute seasonally at the time of the prebook campaign freeze the mass repricing activity and Terms & Conditions data quality check (discount and price conditions)
Reporting : Produce the necessary reporting ( KPI and metrics) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the process . Perform activities related to reporting package at the time of seasonal Terms & Conditions brand approval granting accuracy of the package to present to brand management at the time of the Prebook freeze.

Good knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical skills are needed
Excellent Excel skills are essential
Good knowledge of SAP Platform
Knowledge of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence is an asset
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
Numerate with an eye for detail
Adaptable and proactive
Team player
A lateral thinker with sound logic and reasoning
