Role/ Department:
Under general supervision (but working independently most of the time), the Learning &Development (L&D) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and proactively enhancing core processes related to Learning & Development in terms of logistics, reporting, metrics, invoice management, communications, training facility management and Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance to ensure the services delivered are impactful, professional and cost efficient. This role will work closely with other members of the Learning & Development team.
Reporting to the Senior Consultant – Team Leader, L&D Operations, this role will service the EMEA region but will also be involved in global activities and projects as well.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Act as an administrator on our Learning Management System (LMS), setting up and maintaining courses and classes, completing content testing, audit and/or maintenance activities.
- Provide LMS support to our stakeholders by responding to help tickets and email queries in a timely manner.
- Provide local support to the Learning Facilitation and Design teams in EMEA.
- Create, run and distribute Analytics Reports.
- Create marketing and communications resources to effectively market our learning offerings.
- Provide metrics to key stakeholders (e.g., attendance, survey results, e-learning metrics, etc.)
- Identify and resolve simple to moderately complex issues, referring more complex problems to supervisors/experts
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all work processes.
- May coach team members on new skills and/or act as an onboarding buddy. May have direct interaction with mid-to-senior level leaders
- May support team on vendor usage and contract management, training and system requirements, and completion deadlines for courses.
- Work towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job. Work effectively as a team member but also independently.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills/ experience is advantageous
- Experience in HR/ L&D or customer service and support is highly beneficial
- Beginner proficiency - Learning Platforms is advantageous but not essential
- Strong MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel) is beneficail
- A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in a Learning & Development function or similar, is required.
